Originally from Washington State, Stephanie spent her childhood in the Pacific Northwest before moving to San Diego to attend San Diego State University. There, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. Later, she completed her MBA and chose to make San Diego home. As a result, she built a career dedicated to helping California families make confident financial decisions.
With more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Stephanie has built Allied Pacific Financial on one simple principle: treat every client like family. Since joining Allied Pacific Financial in 1999, Nicole Lombardo has been an integral part of the company’s growth, stability, and commitment to exceptional client service. As Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Nicole oversees the strategic and operational side of the business. In doing so, she ensures that Allied Pacific Financial continues to deliver the high level of service. This service includes trusted guidance that California homeowners have relied on for more than 25 years.
With expertise spanning business operations, financial management, marketing strategy, and organizational development, Nicole plays a key role in building the systems and processes that support both the Allied Pacific Financial team and the clients they serve. She works behind the scenes to ensure the company remains efficient and innovative. In addition, she keeps the team focused on providing a seamless mortgage experience from start to finish.
Nicole is passionate about creating a strong foundation that allows the entire Allied Pacific Financial team to thrive. This includes supporting loan officers and processors. It also includes developing marketing strategies that connect more California families with trusted mortgage guidance.

Karla brings more than 30 years of industry experience. She began her career in property management in 1993 before expanding into real estate and mortgage lending.
Her well-rounded understanding of each stage of the transaction allows her to serve clients with care, confidence, and attention to detail. She takes great pride in her work and is passionate about helping homeowners achieve their goals.
For the past 15 years, Karla has focused on mortgage processing, where her mission is to simplify the loan process and help ensure each loan closes on time. Whether clients are purchasing a new home or refinancing their current home, she is committed to keeping them informed, answering questions, and helping them understand the important details along the way.
Karla enjoys collaborating with Agents and Loan Officers and is always eager to continue expanding her lending knowledge.
Outside of work, Karla’s greatest joy is spending time with her family and grandson. She also enjoys traveling and exploring new destinations.
